Pricing questions
Yes. Studio, Firm, and Enterprise offer annual billing. Pay upfront for 10 months and receive 12 months, including 2 months at no charge. Annual payments are non-refundable after 14 days.
A seat is a named user account with access to your organization in Kestrel Labs. Seats can be reassigned, but shared credentials are not permitted. Contact us to upgrade or add seats if needed.
A project is one compliance check run. Running a check on a revised model counts as a new project. Projects count in the month the check runs, and unused credits do not roll over.
Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades begin at the current billing period's end. Annual-to-monthly changes take effect when the annual term ends.
Cancellation leaves your account and projects read-only for 30 days. Then your account closes and all project data, uploaded files, and compliance reports are permanently deleted. Export PDF reports first. Support requests do not extend the 30-day window.
Studio and Firm include a 14-day trial with full plan access. No credit card is required to start. Without a payment method by trial end, the account automatically converts to Free.
